What are you most grateful for?
I am most grateful for being a strong independent woman. I made a big choice to move to Washington state when I was 19 and I do miss my family down south, but it was the best decision of my life. I made that choice. I chose the path I would walk down. I have cherished every awesome experience this journey has taken me down.
The journey has not always been easy. Some days were the hardest I have ever been through, but I was able to stand up on my 2 feet again and continue to walk down my path!
After my divorce I was not sure I could do it myself, but then I decided I owed it to myself to make sure I could support the kiddo and myself on my own. And I did. I flourished and grew during the experience.
