A little anxious

Have you ever been anxious about something and not know the cause of it? Is so, what tips do you have to help with that?

I am currently dealing with this the last week or so. I feel very anxious and I have no idea from what... I do however, have essential oils that I am going to be using in hopes of helping calm me down and just relax me.

I am so looking forward to our trip to Ocean Shores starting tomorrow. I can't wait to be able to relax for the weekend with my family and not have any plans other than spending time with them!

  1. I have delt with many forms of anxiety throughout my life. It seems you have been pretty lucky on that front so far.
    There are herbs you can take plus baths woukld probably help.
    But, as a Buddhist, we're taught to check up on our mind in the most friendly way to find the source of the suffering. Always be non judgmental tho.
    And of course, in my book, some breathing meditation cures any tense feelings one might be having.

  2. I think a lot of people deal with anxiety hitting them out of nowhere. I've been fortunate enough to not deal with anxiety as an ongoing mental health issue but many of my friends and family members have and it's horrible to see.

    I think the essential oils will be great to relax you - lavender is a great one (I'm not a fan of the scent but it works!)

    I hope the holiday cleared any anxieties away!

  3. Oh girl... I am not a fan of lavender either, but sometime it helps. My fav is lavender with peppermint. It helps with headaches at times.
